Second Sunday Sound Baths

Every second Sunday, please join us for a reiki infused sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments designed to calm the nervous system, open the chakras, and restore inner harmony.

Come as you are, leave renewed. Take this opportunity to meditate and explore the inner workings of your mind, release emotional blockages and enjoy the rejuvenating vibrations that reverberate from the bowls.

Bring your yoga mat, water and journal if desired. Eye masks and several blankets will be available t to cover your eyes, or bring them from home if you prefer. Chair seating is available with prior notice.

Every Second Sunday Sound Bath has a “Take what you need, leave what you can” food drive accepting non-perishable food items and toiletries to support local outreach initiatives.

Kim Kizzia is a sound healer, maker and founder of Manifestation Makers, a creative and spiritual community dedicated to wellness, intention, and accessible healing. Music has been Kim’s lifelong language and a bridge between emotion, energy, and spirit. After she discovered the profound stillness and transformation that frequency-based healing can bring through the tones of crystal bowls and intentional sound, Kim found a way to quiet her own mind, release anxiety, and reconnect with her inner guidance, and now helps others do the same. Her sessions blend musical intuition with mindful energy work, creating grounded, trauma-informed experiences that allow participants to release, receive, and realign.
