The Music:

Travelling Man is an original creation of local performer and songwriter Josh Huff, which presents a storyline of self exploration and healing. The tonalities and transitions of each song are designed to take the listener on a journey unique to the individual's state of being - allowing inspiration for reflection and understanding. Josh's performance will involve acoustic guitar, vocals, and a whole lot of soul.  

The movemment:

Joshua Craddock is a certified Exercise Physiologist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, completed 200 hour teacher trainings through Charm City Yoga and Yoga Works, and is also a certified meditation instructor. Joshua's two primary passions are health and music. The asana patterns featured in his classes are repetitive, graceful, and meditative i nature, designed to complement the music and create a completely immersive experience for the listener/practitioner.
