Imagine for a moment your future self that has achieved the goals you have for yourself. He or she is achieving professional goals, has developed spiritual gifts, is in a great relationship, has positive connections with others, and is healthy and strong. Notice that your future self is not burdened by limitations from past experiences, and has evolved more spiritually. 

Now what if you could connect with that future version of you that has already achieved these goals? What if you could access the knowledge and skills of your future self, and start acting as the future version of you that you wish to create? That is exactly what we will be doing in this workshop! When aligned with your future self, you tend to feel more in a creative flow, and receive more synchronicities, guidance, and gifts from your Higher Self. 

This group includes meditations, exercises, and group energy healing to: 

-Discuss how to connect with your future self, through multidimensional views of time. 

-Do a guided meditation to help you connect with your future self who has achieved what you’d like 

-Receive energy work to help download information and energy from your future self to your present self. This may include clearing of blocks or limitations and downloading gifts that your future self has already developed 

-Align energettically with the future reality you wish to create, so you can act more like your future self in your current life. 

The intention of this workshop is to give you energy shifts and techniques that you can use on an ongoing basis, so while living in the present moment, you can feel pulled by your future self (instead of controlled or limited by your past).

About Dr. Taruna: 

Dr. Taruna is a Life and Business Coach, Energy Healer, and Akashic Records reader. Her life-long passion for healing led her to complete a PhD in Clinical Psychology, a post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology, and certifications in numerous energy healing modalities.
