Men and women are invited to this introductory movement series. 

Sign up for the 5 week series and come be more in your body and less in the head space. 

7:30pm arrive promptly We chat in community a bit then dance. 

Not ecstatic dance. Not Zumba. No choreography. 

But rather a space for you to create with gentle facilitation.

This class is great for 18 to 80+ and requires NO dance experience...just a desire to move to nice music and be in community once a week! 

The music is a wide variety of awesome tunes!! 

Special Introductory price of $50 for 5 sessions (usually $125) or on the website www.biodanzausa.com get TEN classes for $150 (normally $250)
