Meditation is a perfect way to reduce stress and connect with the divinity within us. Learning to meditate will reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve your mood, and connect with the divinity within yourself.
Gratitude is a wonderful tool to see the best in life and feel better about your circumstances. It will improve your happiness factor!
This 90-minute workshop will not only teach you a simple meditation technique, but also offer tips on improving your focus during meditation using gratitude and other simple tools. The workshop will include a series of four 10-minute Meditation Sittings alternating with practical tips for meditation.

Meet Your Facilitator:
Nina Elliott has been meditating for over 16 years. She enjoys the simple practice of meditation on the inner light and sound to allow her to connect to the divine. She has found Meditation to be a helpful tool in all areas of life, using it to help deal with emotionally challenging situations, reduce stress, and guide her in the next steps on her journey. She has been sharing this meditation technique for over 10 years and loves seeing the difference it makes in peoples daily lives.
