She will be offering a Gut and Detox Program and is having a zoom Q & A!

The Gut Reset Program may include aspects of natural healing such as a cellular healing nutrition plan, how to clear non-beneficial organisms in the body and healing of the guts natural biome, natural supplements, a cellular repair phase to move further into this year with healthy, happy and healed gut. This program would be super-charged if combined with a detox program, whether that is a full cellular detox program or just engaging with some downstream detox therapies at Nourishing Journey.

There will be a free subjective toxicity score sheet offered for those attending this Q&A session, which will include a section on how to interpret your results. Pending your toxicity scores, she can more accurately advise you on whether the full detox would be suggested for you.
