Yoga class suitable for people of all skill levels. This is a hatha based hour long class which will include stretching, strengthening, breathing practices, meditation, and relaxation.
Investment: $15 per class
Come to one or all sessions.
The next class is December 13th and look for another series starting in January, "Renew in the New Year with Yoga."
About your Facilitator:
My name is Emily Martin and I am a C-IAYT yoga therapist. I obtained my master of science degree in yoga therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health. My personal mission in life is to serve others, and empower them to reach their highest potential. I feel that yoga can be beneficial on many different levels, (mind, body, and spirit) and everyone has something to gain from it’s various tools. I specialize in helping people overcome mental illness, emotional issues, and stress relief with the tools of meditation, yogic philosophy, breath work, and physical postures. I aim to help clients find a deeper sense of contentment and inner peace so that they can lead a life that is truly meaningful and fulfilling
