About The Event
Meditation is a perfect way to reduce stress and connect with the divinity within us. We can calm our body and mind and reflect on how we can show our gratitude by developing noble qualities to improve ourselves and become better human beings. Learn to meditate to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve your mood, and connect with the divinity within yourself.
This 90-minute workshop will not only teach you a simple meditation technique, but also offer tips on improving your focus during meditation. The workshop will include a series of four 10-minute Meditation Sittings alternating with practical tips on improving your focus in meditation.

About Your Facilitator:
Nina Elliott has been meditating for over 16 years. She enjoys the simple practice of meditation on the inner light and sound to allow her to connect to the divine. She has found Meditation to be a helpful tool in all areas of life, using it to help deal with emotionally challenging situations, reduce stress, and guide her in the next steps on her journey. She has been sharing this meditation technique for over 10 years and loves seeing the difference it makes in peoples daily lives.
