Looking for a way to de-stress, improve your health, and create more peace in your life? Then a two-hour Qigong weekend mini-retreat is for you!
Qigong (pronounced “chee-gung”) is part of the same ancient healing system as Chinese medicine and acupuncture. With documented healing benefits, qigong will help you rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. Each unique mini-retreat includes self-massage, qigong warm-ups and movements, and a guided meditation.
No prior experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat (optional).
Investment: $20 in-advance and $25 at the door

Chris Morris, Ph.D. is a Certified Qigong Instructor who loves to share this powerful ancient practice that can improve our busy modern lives. She has studied with a variety of qigong masters, but her passion is adapting qigong principles and practices to help navigate the ups and downs of everyday life.
