This sound healing session will be orchestrated with a variety of instruments such as crystal and brass singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and handpan; a holistic wellness modality that helps to restore the physical, energetic, and emotional states.

Notes: It’s suggested to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow if you have any.
