If you are seeking some time to nourish your soul, to be in stillness within yourself, and to connect with like minded souls in an inclusive community we invite you to join us. We will enjoy a guided and silent meditation together, music, and sharing around different topics at each gathering.

Please bring your own meditation cushion, blanket, backjack or whatever else you need for comfort. Folding chairs are available.

Unfortunately at this time we will not be offering a children's program but if you have a child who would like to sit with us in silence during meditation they are certainly welcome to attend.
