• Grounding breathwork to begin your somatic journey

• Gentle acupressure techniques to calm the vagus nerve and open energetic pathways

• A therapeutic soundbath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks

• Intentional rest and integration to support nervous system reset and renewal
