There is so much happening right now! What with all the travel, the additional lists and To-Do's, the extra traffic, all the preparations, scheduled events - and pop-up surprises ... oh my!
You're probably a bit busier than usual - and though I'm sure it's all fun and exciting - it can also be adding tension and charging energy in your body.
You are invited to participate in an innovative way to release tension and stress from your body this Holiday Season.
TRE® is a series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma (physical and emotional). Created by Dr. David Berceli TRE® safely activates your natural reflexive mechanism by way of neurophysiological rebalancing. Individuals and communities around the world feel the benefits of this modality for healing.
Sunday from 2:30 to 3:30 pm.
$20 Per participant, Per class.
Registration begins at 2pm.
Doors close and class begins PROMPTLY at 2:30.
Please arrive early to settle in.

* Please wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in (ie- yoga clothing). Bring your own yoga mat (and a blanket if you desire).
Children are welcome - age 6 is a minimum age for participation.
