About the event

Your physical body is comprised of connective tissue. Energetically your connective tissue constricts and expands with your connection with Mind, Body, and Spirit. When there is trauma, tension, or stress (physical injury or emotional imbalance) you are creating charged energy, which becomes stored in your tissues. By not releasing the charges, your connection to your universal life can become blocked or out of balance. Your spine also reflects the state of your relationship with the world. Your central nervous system and various energy points along your spine react to negative influences in your life that ultimately brings about illness or malfunction of the body. 

We are Energetic Beings with a physical body. Our personal energy vibrates at the molecular level, and carries a frequency – always reacting to our environment and life experiences. 

TRE® is a practice that assist the releasing patterns of stress, tension and trauma - physically and energetically. When we release negative energy, we raise our vibration and we feel better. 

You are invited to participate in an innovative way to release tension and stress. 

During TRE® classes, Lisa applies powerful Energetic Healing for the group, further advancing your capacity for healing. 

TRE® is a series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma (physical and emotional). Created by Dr. David Berceli TRE® safely activates your natural reflexive mechanism by way of neurophysiological rebalancing. Individuals and communities around the world feel the benefits of this modality for healing.

Thursday from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.

$20 Per participant, Per class.

Registration begins at 9:30 am.

Doors close and class begins PROMPTLY at 10:00.

Please arrive early to settle in.

The most commonly reported benefits from TRE® : decreased anxiety, the release of chronic tension, the discharge of emotional and physical trauma, improved sleep, mood and digestion, decreased aches and pains, improved flexibility, and the decrease in symptoms for sciatica, fibromyalgia, and other chronic conditions.

* Please wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in (i.e.- yoga clothing). Bring your own yoga mat (and a blanket if you desire).

Children are welcome - age 6 is a minimum age for participation.

Why children? TRE® helps with emotional anxiety, physical growth, focus, mood, and cognitive development.
