Unhelpful Thinking: Part 2

During this meetup we will explore some of the most common unhelpful ways of thinking often referred to as cognitive distortions. These types of thoughts often arise from the expression of unhealthy emotions such as anger, anxiety, stress, depression, fear, etc.
Unhelpful thinking patterns are problematic and dis-empowering and most often built upon automatic habitual patterns that we pick up over a lifetime. It has been proven that the consistent unconscious use of such thoughts results in lowered states of happiness and unwanted drama in our lives.
Such thoughts further restrict us, limit our perspectives, deny us opportunities and create a host of unnecessary problems. In addition to recognizing our unhelpful thinking styles we will consider how we can challenge and replace these thoughts.
Join us for this exploration of how we use our thinking and what better options are available. The meeting will take place at the Nourishing Journey Cafe. Seating at this venue is limited. CLAIRE RAJAN is a Life Coach and Inner Work facilitator. She is passionate about promoting knowledge and greater
