The Premium Membership upgrade is designed as an enhancement to our Core Wellness Membership and is available once you are enrolled as a Core Wellness Member. Premium benefits are intended for individual use, so each participant must have their own Core Wellness Membership, as these benefits are not shareable with family members. Premium Membership billing consists of two monthly charges: the Core Wellness Membership fee ($88 or $97, based on your plan) and the Premium Upgrade fee of $52 per month.
