Official Rules:

Eligibility: Open to individuals 18 years or older who reside in Maryland. Employees of Nourishing Journey and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a 12-Month Nourishing Journey Membership, valued at approximately $1,500. Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.

Entry Period: Giveaway begins September 7, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET and ends September 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Entry Requirements: Limit one (1) entry per person. To be eligible, entrants must submit a complete entry form including full legal name, a valid email address, and a valid phone number, and must answer every question on the form. Responses to the wellness and health questions must be substantive; entries answering these questions with "N/A," "none," "IDK," or similar non-responsive answers are invalid and will not be entered into the drawing. Entrants must confirm agreement to these Official Rules at the time of entry. Nourishing Journey reserves the right to verify any entry and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, duplicated, or that contain false or unverifiable information.

Referral Bonus: Entrants may refer others by sharing the giveaway page. Referrals are credited when the referred person enters and names the referring entrant on the entry form. If a person you referred is drawn as a Grand Prize winner and you are also a qualified entrant present at the live event, you will receive a Grand Prize as well.

Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced LIVE via Zoom on September 13, 2026 at 1:30 PM ET. Entrants must be present on the live Zoom to claim the prize. Zoom access details will be emailed to all entrants prior to the event. If the selected entrant is not present, cannot be verified as eligible, or does not otherwise meet these rules, an alternate winner will be drawn during the same event. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Conditions: Membership must be activated within 30 days of winning and used within the applicable 12-month membership period. Services are subject to Nourishing Journey's normal scheduling, intake, and eligibility requirements.

Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to these rules and allow their first name and last initial to be publicly announced if selected. By entering, participants release Nourishing Journey from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize. Nourishing Journey reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or invalid entries, or to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
