There are healers who assist in connecting with the body through movement, fostering a positive relationship with food, and mending one’s relationship with money. However, Crystal’s gift lies in creating a supportive space for clients. She helps them courageously see themselves as they are while envisioning who they want to be by holding up a mirror. Crystal offers guidance as they navigate the ups and downs of shadow work, focusing on discovering pathways to their future selves with wisdom and significantly less doubt or shame.

Crystal discovered Reiki in 2017 on the recommendation of a friend. At the time, she was a new mom balancing a full-time job, feeling stretched in every direction. She was dealing with persistent sciatica and bouts of insomnia—life felt overwhelming. She didn’t expect Reiki to be the answer, but those first sessions opened her eyes. Not only did it ease the physical aches she’d been carrying since giving birth, but it also reawakened parts of herself she thought were lost. Reiki helped her connect the dots between body, mind, and spirit in a way she hadn’t experienced before. It gave her so much clarity and peace that she knew she wanted to share this gift with others.

She began practicing in 2018 and soon felt called to deepen her knowledge. In June of 2021, she completed a 100-Hour Comprehensive Reiki Mentorship Program with Jessica Sharp of Gentle Hands Reiki. Under Jessica’s mentorship, she continued to grow, and she is honored to be a Licensed Reiki Master Therapist today.

The beauty of Reiki is that it meets you where you are. At the very least, it can help you feel physically relaxed. But at its most transformative, it can open new parts of yourself you may not have realized were there—it has the potential to truly change your life. Guided by the Universe, Crystal is here to help others find the same balance and connection that Reiki has brought into her life.

Reiki: Reiki is a holistic, hands-on energy therapy that supports active healing by relieving physical and emotional stress. It stimulates self-healing, reducing tension, anxiety, and chronic pain. I combine Reiki, intuitive guidance, and meditation to heal the emotional and spiritual body, remove blockages, and help reshape personal narratives.
Tarot: While Reiki brings forward the emotional and spiritual energies within our body, Tarot connects us to our intuition and subconscious, offering insight into our mental state and healing journey. Tarot is also an excellent tool for specific guidance, complementing Reiki and other healing practices by providing a multi-faceted view of ourselves.
