Are you a beginner who thinks you aren’t flexible enough?Coordinated enough? Strong enough to practice yoga? YOU ARE ENOUGH! At the core of yoga practice is the remembrance of who we are. Step onto the yoga mat in this class and connect to what is already within you: If you’ve felt inflexible in the past, you will stretch open. If you’ve felt imbalanced, you will find steadiness. If you’ve felt weak, feel empowered!
The class will guide you into connecting with your mind, body, and spirit in order to fit the pose to you! I will guide you in alignment and yoga principles to create harmony within. Each class will start with de-stressing mentally from the week! We'll move into poses to feel into your body, then finish with deep relaxation and meditation to soothe the soul. You'll be refreshed and rejuvenated ready to take on the weekend!
Pay at the Door
This series is every Friday from 6:30-7:30pm starting May 4th and ending June 22nd.
I took the Yoga Instructor Certification in order to delve deeper into the yoga philosophy. During the course of the 200-hour program, I fell in love with the philosophy, but also with teaching yoga. I have taught various subjects for 18 years and so teaching yoga feels like a natural progression as I continue on my alternative modality, healing journey. I am a massage therapist, energy worker, Tapping facilitator, meditation instructor, and yoga instructor. All of these services I offer, help you come into balance and harmony as a whole person—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Yoga addresses all of these aspects and is a great way to progress on your journey to health!
