What we are about:

The Columbia Spiritual Healing Circle is a discussion group. The Circle discusses a topic each week where everyone has the opportunity to participate. CSHC is open to and respects everyone’s views and beliefs as we search for greater meaning and understanding in our lives. There are special events where an outside speaker is invited to share with us. We’ve also learned about different alternative healing modalities, working with angels, shamanism, crystals and stones, working with the Tarot, increasing our intuitive abilities and many other topics over our 7 years of meetings.

We end each meeting with a healing energy circle where we “put” friends, loved ones and acquaintances in the circle to receive the healing energy we generate as we share our life force energy. At the end, we release the energy to heal those placed in the circle and to heal the earth, the air, the water and to bring peace wherever it can be received.

Guest Presenters: Emily LaBathe and Sherry Wedge

Emily LaBathe, with 25 years in energetic healing arts, is an avid enthusiast of embodied spirituality and facilitating healing and awareness. Emily has studied 22 years with Jonathan Goldman https://essentiallight.org and is now one of his teaching assistants. She has also studied with Sue Greer, Rosalyn Bruyere, Suzanne Scurlock and Randi Botnik. 

Emily teaches Chakra, Advance Work with Energy, Usui Holy Fire, Karuna and Seichim-Sekhem Reiki in Baltimore. She believes that connecting others to their guidance and intuition is beneficial, and has led her to collaborate with Sherry Wedge, a local compassionate medium. 

Sherry Wedge is an energy healer and animal communicator with 15 years of experience. Her journey began while living in Hawaii. Fueled by a desperate need to heal a horse's severely cut tendon, she came in contact with a sensei who taught her how to work with energy to quickly heal the injury. The results, verified by sonogram and an astounded veterinarian, lead her to formally start studying energy work.

In June of 2012, Sherry began studying Usui Reiki with her mentor, Emily LaBathe. She has achieved both Usui and Karuna Reiki Masters, studied 4th Dimensional Healing with Randi Botnick, and has completed Level 3 of Seichim-Sekhem Reiki.

While practicing Reiki her psychic mediumship unexpectantly began to flourish when loved ones from the "Other Side" started to appear for the person who was being treated.

Sherry and Emily teach & develop courses to help others grow and trust their intuition in order to successfully navigate our increasingly complex world.

Details:

There are no dues or fees, but we do accept small donations to cover the cost of rent for the facility. The group welcomes everyone who is open to learning and sharing love and energy. We don’t give advice unless asked and we will respect your views as we ask that you respect ours. The group is open to men and women. You don’t need to come every week although several people do.
