A drum circle is a fun experience that is open to all ages regardless of experience level. The goal is to achieve oneness with a group, not rhythmic perfection. This is not a professional group, we do this for fun and healing.

A drum circle itself is a metaphor for community with individuals of many beliefs and backgrounds coming together to share in a vision of healing and growth on personal and Earthly levels. The Drum has been a trusted conduit of energy for thousands of years, the rhythm of the drum can bring body, mind and spirit back into balance.

Shamanism is the oldest spiritual belief system on earth. Drumming has been a method of group healing and achieving unity since the beginning of time. Studies have shown that drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system and produces feelings of well-being.

We will begin with a short ritual and prayer.  Bring your personal prayers and intentions. We encourage you to bring your drums or other percussion instruments. If you don't have any, we have some to share.
