How can I benefit from Past Life Regression? Past Life Regression Therapy is most commonly used a tool for healing spiritually, emotionally and physically. It has the potential to instantly release energy blocks, pain, fears, negative emotions and/or limiting beliefs, and clear negative karmas.

What is the Past Life Regression experience like? Each person will have a different experience in a regression. Some people see images of a past life, who they were and what happened to them, while others just get a sense of knowing and feeling. Some people experience instant releasing of emotion and a sharper awareness of who they are in this life. Still others walk away with a clear and important message for their lives. Most people agree the experience is beneficial and they would like to do it again.

How does a group regression work? Each group session begins with introductions immediately followed by a guided Past Life Regression journey. After the journey, there will be an opportunity to share your experience and learn from each other. Participation is optional.

Then we'll end the class with a short quiet meditation to wrap up the experience. You'll leave the session feeling lighter and have a refreshed outlook.
