How to Find Peace, Happiness, and Fulfillment
The class is an all-level lecture on how to figure out what would make you really and truly happy…and how to remove obstacles to getting there! Because really…what’s the use of knowing what would make you happy if you don’t know how to pursue it?
We will explore different topics centered around living a peaceful, happy, and fulfilled life. Some examples of topics that may be covered include:
• A formula for discovering your purpose in life
• Removing obstacles like self-doubt and limiting beliefs that prevent you from living fully
• Building confidence and self-love so you can feel whole and peaceful
• Envision the happiest, most peaceful, and fulfilled life for yourself so you feel inspired to take action and start living it!
Please bring a notebook and pen so you may take notes. There may also be journaling exercises.
