We all have a physical body and an energetic body. Our energetic bodies are affected by our history, our emotions and our environment. Keeping it in balance is an integral part of over-all health and well-being.
In this class you will:
-learn the nuances of the energetic body
-gain a new sense of wonder at how amazing our bodies actually are
-learn how emotions affect our energy
-receive different techniques to keep your energetic body balanced
Meet your Facilitator:
Kathleen Busching is an occupational therapy practitioner, Reiki Master, 200 hour yoga teacher and Certified in Dr. Lam's Tai Chi. She gained an increased interest in learning more about the energetic body when going through her own healing journey. Kathleen is excited and anxious to share with others what she has learned along the way.
