Peak Performance - Mental Clarity, Emotional Peace, and Physical Vitality

This is an all levels introduction to the practice of Medical Qigong.

You will learn a map of the human energy system or subtle body, and practical exercises on how to work with it. In the tradition of Medical qigong, there are practices that allow us to shape and sculpt this system for our highest good.

There are ways to Purge or clear stagnant energy (think of this as physical pain, emotional wounds or mental constructs that no longer serve), Tonify or nourish energy to replenish our internal resources, and Regulate our energy system (think of this as the concept of learning to create neural pathways).

Finally we will explore the Taoist concept of connecting Heaven and Earth, which will provide the energetic architecture for intuition. This is how our individual bodies are able to connect to our higher intuition for guidance and inspiration, and to the Earth in order to take our practice into the world.

This class will include a lecture, Movement and an energetic transmission and meditation.

Andrei Stoica-

Andrei has been practicing qigong for many years. His initial opening into the Healing Arts started with learning martial arts in high school. This lead to a study of various forms of yoga and mediation. Andrei Attended Massage school and Acupuncture school in Berkeley CA. He is currently an Energy Healer and teacher as well as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
