In this workshop, you will discover:
Common myths that get in the way of effective meditating, and how to change the way you think about meditating, to be more effective
At least 5 new meditation techniques that can be used to experience deeper meditations in a shorter amount of time. One of the techniques you will be shown can bring you benefits of deep meditation in as little as 5 minutes!
Meditations for specific purposes, such as enhancing your intuition, healing and opening your heart, feeling more grounded, strengthening your will to take action, or opening your spiritual connection.
In this workshop you’ll have the chance to learn and practice a variety of meditation techniques, which can help keep you more engaged in your practice, as you can pick different meditations each day. You will receive a handout with instructions for the various meditation techniques written out for you, so you can easily continue practicing on your own.
In addition, during this workshop Taruna will offer group energy healing to participants, with the intention of helping you experience the deep stillness, peace, and beauty within.
