Learn about how you can use mindfulness to tune into your inner wisdom. In this virtual session, we will engage in sitting meditation to connect to your higher self and your inner wisdom. The body is constantly communicating with us. We will also engage in moving meditation to help you connect even more with your body. There will be time for journaling to reflect on what you've learned about yourself during this session and how you would like to move forward. This will be an experiential and interactive workshop.
Wear loose comfortable clothing as we will also engage in mindful movement by practicing Qigong, which is sometimes referred to as Chinese yoga. You may already be familiar with tai chi, a form of qigong. The movements are gentle and can be done sitting or standing.
Meet the instructor: Stephanie Lewis is a national board-certified health and wellness coach, certified mindfulness instructor and Qigong practice leader.
