Center the mind, soothe the body, and enhance your meditation practice with essential oils. Join certified mindfulness meditation instructor Stephanie Lewis and Essential Oil Specialist Laurie Groff for this live, interactive online 90-minute workshop. We will discuss the benefits of a mindfulness practice and engage in guided meditations. We will also talk about three cool things about oils, explore why purity matters, and how you can use essential oils in your meditation practice.
There are two different dates for this workshop: August 17th and August 21st. You will receive a sample set of essential oils. Register early to receive them before the workshop so you can use them during the guided meditations. You will also receive an e-book and downloadable guided meditation that you can use at any time.
