Are you ready to journey into your own heart? Join Johanna for a Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing on Saturday January 8, 2022 at 6:30pm. You will feel the expansiveness of your heart. Cacao is filled with several potent healing properties that will aid in opening the heart as we go deeply into meditation. Cacao is gentle & expansive carrying a love-filled energy. 

We will begin with gentle movements and breath work to prepare the body and mind to receive the healing sounds of the gong, crystal and Himalayan metal singing bowls, chimes and more. Participants will also get to enjoy ceremonial grade cacao to prepare the body for the sound healing journey. We will open our hearts and facilitate deep emotional presence and feeling of expansive love. Participants will also be provided with journal prompts to help them uncover the calling of their hearts after the sound journey has concluded. 

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, a blanket, pillow and any other items needed to feel cozy! (Warm socks, eye pillow, etc.).
