Sound Medicine works with the energy of vibration to create shift in the body and mind. Sound healing embraces the idea that when vibration shifts, healing and integration can occur, and states of deep peace and rejuvenation result. In this gently guided session, Angela will lead participants into a comfortable and receptive state to support deep relaxation. Using a lush array of sounds, including voice, toning, and mantra, as well as frame drum, guitar, harmonium, rattles, guitar, flutes from around the world, singing bowls, sounds of nature, and the gong, participants will be bathed in healing sounds and music designed to bring balance to the chakras and to their lives.

Please bring pillows, blankets, a yoga mat, and anything else you require for laying comfortably during the journey.

With a pure vocal quality, lush, beautiful harmonies, and rich instrumentation, Angela’s music brings people into profound meditative and ecstatic states and inspires deep connection to the heart. Angela enjoys travelling extensively through the Americas to share her music and wisdom.
