In our first meeting Jenn and I shared our story and why we wanted to create a toxic Obesogen community.  As we said in the email sent out with the recording of the first meeting, using the products Jenn and I are using is not a requirement to join this community.  This zoom is an open invitation to register but the plan is to then close this group to new registrants to create a community with a sense of a safe space for sharing what is real for each of us.

Jenn will run some sessions on the emotional and spiritual aspect of the weight loss and body image journey.  These issues may not be related to what most of us put in our mouths but the programmed messages around it have still impacted us.  This will be a community where we are free to be vulnerable, honest about our struggles, emotions, and behaviors while also learning to bring some humor and make little fun of ourselves on our way to self-acceptance and learning what we can do about it.   Karan might even bring a little Human Design into the mix if it feels correct to do so!

Karan has an interest in finding the science that shows us that marketing from both the Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical industries, supported by the Conventional and Natural Health industries, have led us on wild goose chases, cost us money, and also caused us to question ourselves when we failed to obtain more than temporary results, whether that be in healing or weight loss!  Karan will be sharing some of this science around our belief about nutrition and why it’s true, with caveats!

It is time to take our true power back and become the empowered beings we are born to be so we can start to address all the endogenous and exogenous toxins weighing our body, mind, and Spirit down.  2024 is an energetically mutative year and we want this to be the year we all supercharge our efforts and unmanifest what has weighed us down while manifesting what lifts our Spirits and brings more vitality so we can start using our unique gifts in our own lives and community and, ultimately, a world that needs all of us!

Several of you have privately asked about the products we have chosen and we will share more on that at the end of this meeting.  We really love the interest expressed, which is evidence of just how pervasive this issue is.  Even if you cannot attend on Sunday, please register so you are part of the group before it closes, and you will get the recordings and updates!  Also, be thinking about what you would like to learn more about and if we cannot have an interactive discussion this week, due to time constraints, we will ask for your input in the chat to help us plan meeting topics and decide which guests who have knowledge and success to share we want to invite to join us!
