Life brings its share of challenges, but it also offers moments of deep beauty. How you experience it—whether with stress or joy—depends on your internal state.

Ellie is a transformational coach, spiritual mentor, and entrepreneur in the areas of personal development and spiritual growth. She’s originally from Puerto Rico and was raised in a Christian home. She earned a degree in Communications in 2005, and later in 2014 earned

a second degree in Theology with hopes of becoming a minister. But just one month before graduating, she had a profound spiritual awakening that changed the course of her life.

Although she learned the language of faith and service early on, the strict religious environment she grew up in led to emotional and mental struggles. Ellie spent many years feeling lost in the abysm of severe depression, past trauma, and a narrow religious mindset. Far from giving up, these feelings awakened in her the need to find answers, bringing her to the path of personal growth and spirituality. After going through an intense healing process, she became an avid seeker of knowledge and the true meaning of life.

From that point on, she became passionate about helping others break through their own blocks —emotionally, mentally, or spiritually—to find clarity and reconnect with their inner power. In 2020, she became a certified Holistic Life Coach, combining her personal experience with practical tools to support others on their journey of inner transformation. Her work is deeply rooted in her own story.

Ellie is also a proud mom of two and lives in the state of Maryland, US. She hosts community gatherings where people can learn, grow, and come back to themselves.
