Join us for Tween Girl Empowerment Hour! Ages 9-13

This program introduces basic awareness, meditation, and self talk.

Take a journey inwards connecting to your breath, your body, and other tweens in empowering and impactful ways.

Go through a series of affirmations (mantras,) to encourage love, confidence, and self care.

Learn to turn inwards for your own answers vs being led by the crowd.

Learn about awareness, how you are the observer of your thoughts, and you can change the thoughts, body posture, focus, and self talk not serving you.

Intro to basic meditation, taking a break from your thoughts, clearing the space for inspired thoughts. All the tools us adults wish we would have had access to at that age.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on and a friend.

Master Certified Life Coach Tara Baldwin owner of BELIEVE Life Coaching, facilitates group and private life coaching sessions, teaches Life Coaching Certification courses, mindfulness meditation, and kundalini meditation, connecting the mind and the body. She also facilitates team training programs, and wellness programs for companies and organizations. Tara has worked for industry icons, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, and studied under Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Cloe Madanes, (recognized as a Master Therapist by American Physiotherapy Association,) and does media interviews worldwide.
