When we’re in pain or experiencing a lot of stress or overwhelm, it’s good to have some tools to work with to bring us back to center, focus, clarity, and wellbeing. You may have noticed more challenges in the last year than ever before. Or, perhaps, you were struggling before the pandemic hit. We can take care of some of these challenges by ourselves but may need help when it comes to others.
Beginning Monday, March 8, 2021, I am offering safe space for a three-week class via the Zoom platform, full of tips and tools for reducing pain and stress. These tips and tools will assist you in finding more consistent ways to come back to a greater feeling of wellbeing, peace, and calm. The tools incorporate processes that help body, mind, and spirit for a more well-rounded and wholistic experience.
Since this class will be experiential, you can try these practices within the class, ask questions, and get support and different perspectives from others. Sometimes we are so tunnel-visioned with a particular issue or challenge that we “can’t see the forest for the trees”, and sharing with others who have a different perspective or experience can help transform our own experience into something more hopeful and positive in a real way.
The class will take place for three weeks on Mondays and Thursdays for 60 to 90 minutes depending on need. Class size is limited so that we can address specific needs and circumstances of all in the group, if so desired. Monday’s class will start at 10 a.m. Thursday’s class will start at 1 p.m. The cost of the three weeks (plus individual bonus time within the two following weeks) is $47. During the individual bonus time, we will develop a plan for you, to help you arrive at a strategy for handling and preventing stress and/or pain before it “brings you down”. It’s good to have a plan going forward so you can effectively use what you learned in class.
